Synthesis of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Nanocrystals

We design and synthesize multi-dimensional hybrid perovskite nanocrystals — quantum dots, nanowires, and nanoplates — and precisely control the nanostructure and nanomorphology of organic/polymer semiconductors. Artificial intelligence and computational chemistry accelerate the discovery of new semiconductor materials.
